Our aim was to offer to the worldwide music lovers a higher quality level,, so we decided to launch Advance Paris brand, the outcome of 20 years of experience in the quality audio reproduction. Advance Paris brand was exclusively dedicated to our « High End products».
Since now two years, the first premium products that were launched are the mono amplifier X-A1200, the CD player with valves X-Cd1000 and an integrated amplifier X-i1000.
For the 20 years of Advance Acoustic brand, we are proud to present you our new Smart serie, which incorporates our new Advance Paris trademark.
The Smart range is composed of an integrated amplifier AX1, a stereo power amplifier BX1, a DAC/Preamp DX1 and one preamplifier PX1. Will follow a streamer SX1,a mono power amplifier BX2 and a CD drive MX1.
Really elegant Serie by its design, the Smart Line is technically and acoustically at the cutting edge of the best products we can find at this day.this one was developped for really demanding audiophile people that don’t want to do any compromise.

The Smart serie is marketed under Advance Paris brand, our premium trademark.A compact serie of products, not mini, not micro.
The reason is simple. The quality of Hifi products depends largely of their power supply quality and used components. A qualitative power supply needs transformers with right size. An efficient power amp circuit integrates power transitors generating high temperatures.So an adequate ventilation is required as a minimum volume. So a product miniaturization is not possible, except using technologies or amp classes that we do not endorse.



AX1


AX1 is the integrated amplifier of the Smart Line.

The aim of our R&D team was the following : achieving an integrated amp focusing on sound quality, which will satisfy the most demanding audiophile people but controling its price. The aim was achieved without any concession about performance, choice of components, connections, design or manufacturing quality. With AX1, nothing was left to chance, it was a high and absolute quality standards !
This is the best for ergonomics. Inside, each space is used cleverly, without settling of the different elements.The power stages, composed of a bipolar transistors push-pull by channel, are supplied by a toroidal transformer of 350 VA, the voltage is rectified and filtered by 2 x 6800 uF under 50 volts. A second power supply feeds the lower-power components, as the DAC Wolfson WM8740, prior to a receive interface Asahi Kasei AK4111. The AX1 can convert the PCM till 192 kHz under 24 bits.
We minimize the power of our integrated amp to 2x45Watts on 8 Ohms or 2X65 W on 4 Ohms, but no problem at all to play with low or modest sensitivy speakers.At the low frequencies level, there is no lack neither in terms of strongness nor in terms of precision. We have succeeded in creating a balance between the presence of the low-frequency spectrum and a sufficient tension without feeling ponderous.Advance draws the needed energy in order to give the dynamics for all the musical tracks without any restriction.
The AX1 provides connectors as the best you find in normal size amps. It’s up to you : analog inputs : unbalanced with Cinch connectors as 1 phono, 1 Balanced XLR, S/PDIF digital inputs : 3 Toslink opticals and 1 coax with Cinch, 1 bluetooth input : via a specific adapter on HE10 connector, analog line outputs : 1 unbalanced with Cinch and 1 balanced with XLR (Pre Out), 1 unbalanced line (Rec Out).
The AX1 comes with an IR remote control.
